About Monthly BOX payment

Payment is settled in Japanese yen (JP¥).
(For currency payment terms, exchange rates, etc. are set forward by the payment institutions or credit card issuing company.)

3 types of payment: Credit card, Alipay, or PayPal. (One-time payment only).

Once the amount has been determined, we will bill your credit card company.
(Example: Order amount -Sold out amount - discount amount + overseas shipping fee)

If the product is Sold out /out of stock, we will cancel the credit card authorization and settle the payment for the delivered product.
If the items are sent separately at a later date, payment will be made using the credit card you used for your most recent purchase using the order number you used most recently.
For products with Multiple Subscription, multiple times entry, or Period Subscription, payment will be made for each delivery.

■3D Secure (identity authentication service)■
To ensure a safe and secure shopping experience, FELISSIMO will be implementing 3D Secure (identity authentication service) from April 2025 to further improve the security of online payments. For more information, click here

At the time of application, the overseas delivery fee will be added and the amount will be immediately debited from the account of the payment system you are using.
Alipay and Paypal cannot be used when applying for Multiple Subscription, multiple times entry, or Period Subscription products.
If the product is Sold out, we will refund to each account.

When adding or changing an order, a fee may be charged depending on the payment method.

■“Credit card”
We will cancel the credit for the previous order and issue credit again. Fees may apply.
Credit cancellation times vary depending on each card company.

■“Paypal”
We will refund the previous payment amount and make a new payment.
Therefore, fees may apply.

■“Alipay”
We will refund the previous payment amount and make a new payment.
