How to check the status of your application
You can check your application status and purchase history in the member menu.
Cancellation after application
Please note that for products that cannot be canceled after order placement due to their characteristics, this will be indicated on each product page.
(FELISSIMO will handle any inquiries regarding cancellations, including direct shipping.)
For Express BOX, the items will be prepared at the time of application and will be ready to ship on the next business day.
Therefore, as a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after your application has been submitted.
*For Pre-order items, even if it is stated that cancellation is not possible, if there are unavoidable circumstances, cancellation is possible only before the delivery slip and other documents are sent to the product sender (before the product is fully assembled).
Once the invoice has been sent (after the items have been selected), cancellation is not possible.
(Please note that even if shipping is stopped after the product selection is complete, we will be forced to discard the product, and will charge you the full price.)
