Common Pre-order Express BOX
- It will be delivered separately from the monthly Monthly BOX.
- You cannot specify the date and time or the day of the week. (It is not eligible for registration of "desired delivery time zone")
- Some items will be delivered directly from sources other than FELISSIMO. Please see each product page for details.
- Depending on the product, it may not be possible to deliver to remote islands and other areas. Please note.
- We do not ship overseas.
Express BOX
Each order will be shipped from FELISSIMO and will be delivered in about 3-10 days.
*Delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions, company holidays, etc.

About delivery to "delivery box"
In order to deliver as quickly as possible, we will use a "delivery box" as much as possible when you are not at home.
(Only residences with delivery boxes installed. Some delivery companies and areas are not eligible.)
- When the package is delivered to the "Delivery Box", you will be notified by an absence slip.
<Important> The date the parcel is placed in the "delivery box" is the "delivery date".
- For exchanges and returns, please return the product within 10 days from the date of arrival.
- On the FELISSIMO website's "member-only menu", the display will change to "delivered" on the next business day (our company) after you put the item in the "delivery box".
