About Bulky item game fees
For some Bulky item items, a separate fee will be charged in addition to the product price and shipping fee.
A separate handling fee of 500 yen (+10% 550 yen) will be charged for each purchase of the Bulky item product.
It will be delivered together with other Monthly BOX products.
- Items that are subject to Bulky item fees are indicated on each product page.
- Bulky item fees are not included in the shipping cost calculation and the amount eligible for various campaigns.
- Bulky item fee will be added to the shipping cost column in the "Shopping bag" and "delivery statement".
- If there is a defect in a product that is subject to Bulky item item handling fee, or if you wish to exchange it, please be sure to contact us in advance.
