On the product details page, we post "Customer Testimonials" from customers who have ordered and used our products.
*Customer testimonials are merely the opinions of customers who have used the product and do not guarantee effectiveness or efficacy.
How we collect customer feedback
We send emails to customers who have received FELISSIMO Monthly BOX products, asking for their thoughts on the product. In the email, we ask for your thoughts on the product (free description), a rating (on a 5-point scale), and a nickname. The comments we receive are posted on the product details page as "Customer Feedback."
Posting customer feedback
When posting customer testimonials, we may modify or refrain from publishing them if they fall under any of the following categories.
- Content unrelated to the product in question
- Content that claims extreme efficacy
- Any content that is not based on facts or uses of products that are not recommended by our company
- Content that refers to other companies' products or brands, third parties, or specific works
- Contents related to inquiries that require individual responses
- Content that includes personal information that could identify an individual, such as a name or address
- Content that is contrary to public order and morals or violates laws and regulations
- Content that we determine to be a typographical error
- Content that includes emojis and symbols that depend on your environment
- Any other content that the Company deems inappropriate or inappropriate for publication.
Please note that it may take some time for your comments to be posted as they will be posted in order once we have confirmed the above content.
