I received two identical sets of clothes for the third month in a row!

For some reason, I received two sets of the 3-month subscription. I was shocked to receive two pieces of clothing of the same color and size every month! I didn't know how to check or cancel, and I didn't know how to return or get a refund, so I kept paying. The items were nice, but I didn't need two of the same thing. I understand that it's my fault for not checking to make sure, but am I the only one who thinks they should put up a sign to confirm if two items are okay? It's so frustrating.
