About Customs Clearance Procedure and Tariff (Note: Important)

Customs clearance on purchased items may differ by country/region, and you, the customers may be asked to pay tariffs, other import taxes, and/or clearance fees. The customer is responsible for the payment of these taxes and/or duties.
Please pay the courier service directly at the time of delivery.

1.Customs Clearance Procedure and Tariff

For further information, please directly contact customs in the country/region in which you will receive the delivery.

If you do not pay the tariff and/or clearance fee, and the product is returned to Felissimo,
reimbursement will not be made for the product (including the Overseas Delivery and Handling Fee.)
In some countries/regions, taxes and surcharges may not be charged if the product is within the amount of exemption for personal use.
(But, the amount of the tax exemption may be very small in which case taxes and duties will have to be paid.)
In some countries/regions, taxes and surcharges may be as high as the cost of the product or even higher.

2. Regarding DHL Shipping Areas

For countries/regions which delivered by DHL, customers need to afford "DHL Advance Payment surcharge" when there are duties and taxes charged by customs.
(DHL Advance Payment surcharge is charged by DHL and NOT to FELISSIMO)

3. To Taiwan customers

１）台湾 EZWAYについて
台湾にお住まいのお客様は、事前にアプリ「EZWAY」をダウンロードし、
お名前・携帯電話・メールアドレスのご登録をお願いいたします。
台湾国内での認証が必要となります。海外からの認証はできません。
※なお、登録内容はフェリシモの会員情報と一致する内容の登録をお願いいたします。

２）台湾の関税及び通関手続きについて
配送会社はDHLもしくはOCSとなり、関税が発生する場合のお支払い方法が異なります。

【OCSの場合】
通関時、OCSのカスタマーセンターよりPersonal IDの確認をお電話で行います。
関税が発生する場合、配達時、代引き形式で現金にて徴収、またはお振込みをいただきます。

【DHLの場合】
通関時、DHLからの通知（SMS/メール）後、アプリでの事前認証をお願いします。
未登録やフェリシモの会員情報との不一致、また地域によりPDF委任状の提出がない場合は通関できず発送ができません。
また、一定期間を過ぎるとお客様負担の保管料が発生します。

関税発生時は、受取前にDHLへ税金と手数料をお支払いください。

免税対象：納税額2,000台湾ドル未満（※30日以内に2回以上、または6ヶ月以内に6回以上の「頻繁な輸入」は免税対象外）。
DHL税前払い手数料（NT$420）：関税発生時に徴収されますが、下記手順で免除されます。

4. Important Notice

Felissimo may include gifts along with your purchases. Although they are declared to be ¥1 in value on the customs invoice, you will not be actually billed for these items.
In such cases, the invoice will indicate ¥1 for processing purposes only.

Please be aware that customs in some countries/regions may charge taxes and other surcharges on the gifts based on the value or volume of the package for the gift.
