How to check the status of your application

You can check your status in the "Application Status/Purchase History" and "Payment/Refund Status" sections of the Members menu.

Explanation of application status

For Monthly BOX deliveries, the first delivery is typically made 3-4 weeks after application. From the second delivery onwards, it will take 1-2 weeks depending on the product's availability, but on average, deliveries are made once a month throughout the year. For Express BOX and Pre-order, the delivery time from application to delivery varies depending on the type, with some taking approximately 3-10 days and others requiring a wait of over a month, so please check the application instructions page for each type.
You can check the status of your application by following the steps below:

■ "Application completed/Additions and corrections currently being accepted"
We have confirmed your application. You can add or modify your subscription order as many times as you Monthly BOX up until the application deadline for each customer.

■ "Order in Processing "
Some items are Order in Processing. Please wait a while until your order is shipped. We are unable to check the availability or expected delivery date of individual items even if you contact us.

■ "Preparing for delivery"
The assortment is complete.
*For some products, it may take some time from this stage until they are shipped due to shipping preparations.

■ "Shipped"
Delivery will take 3 to 5 days from the date of shipment.
*Please note that it may take longer depending on the delivery area.
*If there are no products available for delivery due to out-of-stock etc., this status will be displayed when the "Delivery Invoice" or various catalogs are sent.

■ "Delivery completed"

Regarding amendments and cancellations of your application

If you are a first-time subscriber or a renewing subscriber, you can make changes or cancellations from your Monthly BOX Shopping bag up until the day of your subscription. If you have been continuing since the previous month, you can make changes or cancellations up until the application deadline.
