Individual customers with a Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation cash card and customers with a One's Direct contract can apply for account transfer (automatic withdrawal) online. This is very convenient as you can complete the account transfer contract online on the spot without having to fill out and submit any paperwork.

• It usually takes 1-2 weeks for our company to complete the procedure. (If confirmation is required, it may take 3-4 weeks.) Once the procedure is complete, you will be notified by postcard from FELISSIMO.

Accounts that can be designated as withdrawal accounts

You can designate current and ordinary savings accounts for which you have been issued a cash card, as well as current and ordinary savings accounts that are used for One's Direct services, as withdrawal accounts. However, please note that accounts dedicated to telephone betting systems (horse racing, bicycle racing, boat racing, etc.) cannot be designated as withdrawal accounts.
