Q. Do you ever have to press the intercom?

FELISSIMO 's drop-off service will deliver to your front door or parcel box, regardless of whether you are at home or not.
Normally, we will leave the package at the door without pressing the intercom, but there are cases when we are unable to leave the package at the door (※) where we may press the intercom.

*If a delivery box cannot be used in an auto-locking apartment building (it is not installed, there are no available boxes, it is broken, it is too small, etc.) or if the gate is locked and the package cannot be left in front of the entrance, you may be asked to press the intercom to unlock it.
