Introduction to 3D Secure (Identity Authentication Service)

To ensure that you can continue to enjoy safe and secure shopping at Felissimo,
we will launch a 3D Secure (Identity Authentication Service) from April 2025 onwards
to further improve the safety of online payments.

■What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is an identity authentication service that verifies a customer's identity when making a credit 
card payment. This system helps prevent unauthorized use and ensures secure online transactions. 

■How to use
When completing an order with a credit card, a 3D Secure authentication screen may appear.
On this screen, please follow the authentication method specified by your credit card issuer, (such as entering a one-time password sent via text message).

Once authentication is complete, your payment will be processed successfully.
※Whether the 3D Secure screen appears depends on the card issuer’s policy.

■Preparation beforehand
Please ensure that 3D Secure is enabled on your credit card.
If it is not enabled, please visit your card issuer’s website for activation options.
