Subscription customers, please note:
※Placing a single order means that the goods will arrive at regular intervals thereafter, and cannot be cancelled.
※12 monthly deliveries of the product come to a total of 49,500 yen.
※The product will be delivered automatically upon ordering ONCE. There is no need to order it each month.
※Production or other factors beyond our control may cause delivery delays; extra, partial, deliveries; or to stock selling out.
(In the case of stock selling out, the final delivery may be delayed, but the contracted number of deliveries will take place.)
※Returning goods will mean not receiving the goods for that month, and not being able to get the full range of designs.
●Customers who have already ordered this product for monthly subscription and who order again may have their second order invalidated.

• Regarding payment method
• * Only payment by credit card is acceptable. Payment by debit card cannot be accepted.
• * Payment by Alipay, WeChatPayment cannot be accepted.
• Regarding Delivery Charges
• * If the delivery only includes subscription products, delivery charges will be calculated basing the amount of subscription products.
• * If the delivery includes other regular Collection products, the shipping fee is shown at the time you place an order which is only based on the Collection products to calculate and exclude the subscription products you have ordered. The shipping fee will be recalculated by adding your subscription products before the parcel is ready to be shipped and will refund overcharges on shipping to your credit card.
• * Depending on the bank account linked to your credit or debit card, a handling fee may apply for processing refunds or amount adjustments. For details, please contact your bank.

Multiple Subscription

This is a subscription collection product. Products will be automatically delivered to your side by just ordering ONCE. (The number of delivery will be based on the digit shown on the mark).
For example, if you ordered a subscription product with「12」shown on the mark, products in the subscription collection will be automatically delivered in 12 consecutive months. You do not have to order the product each month.

• *For subscription products, once you have placed the order, any cancellation will not be accepted.
• *During subscription period, you cannot add quantity by using the same product code number. If you need to add the order quantity, please contact our customer service department.
• *Due to special reason, delay or out-of-stock might occur.
  (If there is any out-of-stock of product, the delivery will be postponed. Yet customer will still receive the same delivery number as per the number shown on the mark)
• *During the subscription period, the amount of subscription product will be charged every time when the product is ready to be shipped. Subscription product will ship to your side even you do not order other products in the month and customers have to pay for the relative handling & shipping fee. Handling & shipping fee will be based on the discounted amount of your order.
