A 1970-made letterpress printing machine is working extremely hard at Oeda Typesetting Room in Moriguchi City, Osaka Prefecture. A designer and a printer have restored a printing shop that hadn't been used for decades, and this machine, made by Germany's Heidelberg, has returned to full operation. Making a clanging sound like a steam locomotive, it sucks up the paper on the left with air, carries it to the printing surface, and stores it on the right when printing is complete...the whole process is mysteriously fascinating and never gets old.

The paper items created by Oeda Typesetting Studio are appealing for their chic colors and mature motifs. The sophisticated atmosphere is only possible thanks to the designer's sense. This time, we will be delivering a set selected from a wide variety of paper items according to the "scene you want to write in." The lineup will suit any mood, from a quick message, a quick brush stroke, to a proper letter. There are also plenty of items to enjoy arranging, such as stamps, masking tape, and stickers. This is a special set that can be collected, used, and looked at.

The embossing that is unique to letterpress printing is attractive.

The notebook is made of five different types of paper bound together. It has a different feel from regular notebooks, including paper with a rough texture and wax paper that you can stick stickers on and peel off. (This is included in the "KIROKU" set.)

An old printing press made by the German company Heidelberg is still in use and printing hard.
