My relationship with Shuttle Notes began when I fell in love with a particular fabric at an exhibition. We're still good friends, but due to the recent price increases, I haven't been able to afford Shuttle Notes fabrics lately. This time, with Shuttle Notes' cooperation, I was able to create a shirt using a carefully selected fabric for the first time in a while. First, the striped fabric used for the body of the shirt utilizes the softness of cotton, while adding a little linen and wool to give it firmness and body. Also, because linen and wool have long fibers, the brushing process creates a firm, fluffy texture. The twill fabric used in some parts is also carefully crafted; the men's version uses double-ply yarn made by twisting threads of different thicknesses, while the women's version uses a cotton-linen blend fabric that has been circular-dyed to bring out the texture of linen. This shirt is packed with Shuttle Notes' attention to detail.
