I want to become a person as lovely as a flower
Clothing that embodies the charm and uplifting feelings of flowers
Made with the florist NOKI
The flower that was inspired by this design is the thread chrysanthemum.
One of the most representative flowers of Japan. In ancient times, it was used as a crest and funeral flower in Japan. Recently, its beauty has been rediscovered, and it has been used as an everyday flower at NOKI's weddings.
The long, fluffy petals spread out in a radial pattern, giving the flower an elegant beauty and unique appearance that is quite different from the typical chrysanthemum.
The more you look at the thread chrysanthemum, the more you become fascinated with its mysterious charm, and this project was born.
The item they created was a pair of pants boldly embroidered with chrysanthemum threads.
I thought that the long, thin petals would definitely look cute when embroidered, so I took on the challenge of a highly difficult embroidery technique in which the threads would then be cut by hand after embroidery to hang them down.
The delicate embroidery of the glossy and supple petals creates a perfect finish to match the elegant image of the thread chrysanthemum.
By adding eye-catching embroidery to pants in standard colors that tend to be plain, we have achieved both ease of wearing and an uplifting element. In fact, it is a great item that is often chosen by stylists for coordination.
The color is black, which also competes for the most convenient color.
We wanted the pants to look just as cool as the chrysanthemum, so we focused on creating a beautiful silhouette. Based on the proven leg-beautifying pattern from haco!, we created a sleek design with no front tucks. The straight silhouette makes your legs look beautiful.
In addition, the dummy Pocket design placed higher on the buttocks aims to create a hip-lifting effect.
The waist is elastic from the sides to the back, so it's also very comfortable to wear.
The embroidery makes the dress look vibrant even when paired with a simple white top.
It goes well with the trendy short tops. It looks well-balanced even without tucking it in, and the embroidery looks great too.
It looks cool when you tuck in your shirt for a smart look. It also looks great in formal situations such as work.
