I've loved coloring since I was little. I liked that I could do a little bit each day. I was also very happy that I could file my own artwork. I looked at it many times. My state of mind was reflected in the colors. It was interesting that the colors I used differed depending on whether it was a happy day or a sad day, and also depending on whether it was hot or cold. It was great to be able to become completely absorbed in coloring during breaks at work, before going to bed at night, or when I was tired. I had a really fun time. [Message and advice for those who want to start] Colors will tell you about your state of mind that you weren't even aware of. It's also very fun to look at your artwork. I filed mine on my smartphone and looked at it often. It's beautiful.
