This program is recommended for people who want to try making their own fermented seasonings, such as miso and shio koji, but think it might be difficult. Using rice koji, you can create a convenient fermented seasoning for everyday cooking in as little as seven hours. Simply mix the pre-prepared ingredients and keep warm in a soup jar. Small amounts are easy to make and consume. You'll be amazed at the delicious flavor of the fermented seasoning you make yourself.
