Using rice koji, you can create a convenient fermented seasoning for everyday cooking in as little as seven hours. Simply mix the pre-prepared ingredients and keep warm in a soup jar. Small amounts are easy to make and consume. You'll be amazed at the delicious flavor of the fermented seasoning you make yourself.
