I'd like to try cooking dishes from various countries, but I haven't had the chance to do so. By paying a certain amount of money each month and constantly receiving recipes, you can maintain your motivation. That's why I applied for this program. With the help of three friends, we have established a World Cooking Day on the last Sunday of every month. I paid 1,500 yen per person and made all the preparations myself and entertained my friends. My goal was to do all 12 times (all countries), so I tried making almost all the recipes. Favourites menu is Jansson's Temptation (Sweden). It was very popular. Scotch eggs (UK) were difficult to make, but they were very filling and popular. The Milano-style cutlet (Italy) was well received by my husband. Occasionally, there were some countries that were biased towards very junky content (maybe it's the nature of the country), but I was satisfied with the content. It was good that the national flag sticker could easily create an atmosphere. I haven't been able to finish all the countries yet because there are days when my schedule doesn't work out, but it was one of the reasons why I get together every month.
