The soup mug is made from an earthenware vessel that is said to have been deeply rooted in the life of the Jomon period as a "cooking vessel". By stacking soup mugs printed with three characteristic parts, "Keitokantokki", "Dragonfly spectacles", and "Inverted U", you can create a national treasure flame-shaped earthenware (designation number 1) " Jomon snow flame" is completed. Comes with an information card to learn about Jomon pottery.

A museum that stores and exhibits the National Treasure "Deep Bowl-shaped Earthenware Excavated from the Sasayama Ruins in Niigata Prefecture". Exhibiting a large number of pottery, including flame-shaped pottery, it provides an easy-to-understand introduction to life in the Jomon period. Located in one of Japan's heaviest snowfall areas, the museum also puts a lot of effort into displaying the lifestyles of the snow country and the history of textiles that have continued since ancient times.
