An original notebook that allows you to put into practice the "book technique that gently prepares your mind" devised by the notebook planner miyu. There are work pages such as "Meditation work to write" and "Ambition list" that allow you to reflect on yourself by writing them down, as well as monthly pages and daily log pages for 6 months. You enter the date yourself, so you can start at any time. You don't have to write every day, just write when you want to. All pages are full-color and gorgeous, so you can spend a rich time facing the notebook. There is also an online course (sold separately) where you can learn how to use in detail with videos and images.
