  • ポイントに有効期限はありますか？

    ポイントが加算された年から3年後の12月末までが有効期限となります。
    （例 2023年9月分のお買い物で加算されたポイント⇒2025年12月末まで有効）
    お手持ちのポイントの有効期限は「会員さまメニュー」（※要ログイン）の「フェリシモメリーの照会」でご確認いただけます。

  • When will the redeemed gifts arrive?

    The gifts that you have redeemed will be delivered together with products that you have purchased in Monthly BOX. In order to redeem your gifts, you must also order the products besides Merry Point gifts at the same time. (You cannot only order Merry Points gift in your purchase.)

  • Can I return an item that I redeemed by Merry Points?

    Basically, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any gifts besides defective products.
