It's completely different from what I imagined.

I was shocked when I received the product. The color was completely different. I wanted purple, and I did receive purple as requested, but it's terrible. There's too much gray fabric, so it doesn't look purple at all. Also, it might be a characteristic of the fabric, but it was wrinkled and distorted, and the bottom loop part was flattened when it arrived. I can't use it without wetting it with water or ironing the fabric. More than anything, I wouldn't have ordered it if it was going to be such a dark color. I was really looking forward to it, and I'm truly shocked that I received the color I wanted. I will never order accessories again.
