- By eliminating the top button and eyelets, and reducing the amount of stitching, a more mature finish is achieved.
- Made with recycled nylon fabric that has been treated with a washer finish.

Founded in 1982 in Greenville, North Carolina, USA by Mickey Parrott, the company started as a canvas manufacturer and achieved success when its products, including yacht sails, were adopted by the US Navy. Eventually, it began producing tote bags at the request of famous brands, and gained a high reputation as a bag manufacturer throughout the United States. Even today, the company continues to produce excellent products that embody "Craftsmanship" and "Workmanship" (practicality and durability), delivering them to the world from Greenville for 40 years.
Since 2023, the brand has been produced by Shintaro Someya, founder and creative director of the select shop Shinzone, which is based on the concept of "elegant casual wear that goes well with denim." Someya's commitment to constantly updating basic casual wear will evolve into a sophisticated style.
