This storage container lets you reheat frozen or refrigerated rice in Microwave, making it fluffy and fresh. When placed upside down in the microwave, the rack drains excess moisture and the rice cooks while steaming, making it fluffy. Steamed vegetables and shumai also taste just like they were freshly steamed.
