The softness of the strap was satisfying, but my cell phone doesn't fit! It's not a particularly large size, but I wish the opening was even just one centimeter wider.

It's lightweight and very easy to use.

I use various crossbody bags, so I'd like to make a few requests. I ordered this bag because I was attracted to the width of the shoulder strap, the Pocket, and the fact that it can be detached from the bag. First, the strap length is fixed, so it's too long when I'm wearing light summer clothes, and the bag ends up close to my hips (I'm 160cm tall). I want to keep it closer to my chest at festivals and on crowded trains, so it would be great if the length was adjustable, and it would also be easier to use in balance when carrying it as a second bag with a backpack. The size of the bag itself is very good, and if possible, I'd like Pocket on both ends of the outside of the bag. I'd also like a place to attach my favorite plushie. I use it for doctor's appointments, so I appreciate that it's made of washable material. Pocket on the strap is large enough to fit an iPhone, which I also thought was great. I attach my transit IC card to the D-ring with a reel because I'm afraid of losing it. Overall, it's light and the size is just right, the strap is wide so it doesn't dig into my shoulder and I don't feel the weight of the contents as much, and most importantly, it's washable, which I appreciate, so I would like the strap length to be adjustable.
