Fill the cup with a little amount of rice that sticks out of the cup by pressing with a spoon or the like. The point is to fill the rice tightly up to the ears. Rice containing oil such as fried rice is easy to come off the mold. When using regular rice, wet the inside of the mold with water before filling it with rice.

It's okay if you fail a little. If you hide it with vegetables, you won't know.

When making buchinekko jelly with coffee and milk... Pour the coffee jelly liquid into the imaged area, tilt the cup, and let it cool until it hardens. When it hardens, add the milk jelly liquid and cool it further. If you go through the process several times, you can make a whole body pattern!

Buchineko jelly is ready.
