If the sleeves were narrower

The sleeves are too baggy and don't match the fitted and flared silhouette of the garment. It doesn't suit my complexion, so I'd like to exchange it for a different color. The return/exchange card doesn't have a section to specify the color I want to exchange for the same size in a different color. Should I write "exchange for navy," or should I return it and place a new order for navy? I can't find any relevant information in the FAQ either.

vivid

It's a slightly dark but deep and vibrant orange, so it feels like something I'd want to wear in the summer. However, it's a bit thick, so while it's just right on its own in spring, it might be too hot to wear as a light jacket in early summer, so I think it's best suited for cooler days. The fabric is thick, and the bulge from the upper arm to the forearm (around the elbow) of the sleeves might feel a bit bulky. The pleats on the front are also surprisingly wide and clearly defined, so I'm worried that on someone on the plump side like me, the combination of the bulge in the sleeves and the pleats might make me look even bulkier. The overall impression will probably change quite a bit depending on the silhouette of the pants or skirt I wear underneath.
