[How to choose the Ice pack]
We recommend a size of approximately 5.5 cm in height and 12 cm in width.
If the collar droops due to the weight, place the ice pack along the base of your neck and leave the neckline wide open when using it.
If it slides backward, please adjust by using a lighter ice pack.
[How to wear]
1. Place the ice pack in the pocket.
2. Align the centre of pocket with the back centre of your neck, and align the bases of the strings on both sides with the neckline to create the collar shape.
3. Tie the string securely in a bow.
*Please refrain from using other knotting methods, as they may become difficult to untie or may be subjected to excessive force.
*If you experience any discomfort or tightness while wearing it, please stop using it and remove it immediately. Please be careful not to make it too tight around your neck.
