Month 1: Pincushion and coaster: Practice knotting, knotting, and straight stitching, while also checking out the richness of stitches. The pincushion will become a hand-sewing companion that you can use for a long time.
Month 2: Learn how to make pot holders, backstitch, sew U-shaped stitches, sew curves, and attach strings. Enjoy the fluffy texture that can only be achieved by hand sewing.
Month 3: Mastered folding the organizer into three folds, matching fabric on the bias, and sewing buttons. The quilted batting inside makes it fluffy and comfortable.
Month 4: Round-bottomed drawstring pouch/Practicing sewing curved and straight lines and attaching Pocket. The round bottom takes a little more effort, but the end result is a cute, plump piece.
Month 5: Sacoche bag/Mastered backstitching, overlocking, and attaching a zipper. Attaching a zipper can seem difficult, but it's easy if you sew it by hand.
Month 6: Mastered the scissors case and needle book/bias tape application. The needle book is the culmination of making things from scraps! We also show you how to make a brooch.
