22人と22世紀への願いを
22 for 22 concept
Why don't we hear the term "22nd century" very often?
In the 20th century, many people must have looked to the coming 21st century and dreamed of it.
During the period of rapid economic growth, the future envisioned in a society that was becoming increasingly affluent was full of hope.
And then the 21st century arrived.
While we can now connect with the world instantly, we also feel a sense of confinement.
The wealth that is being lost in the shadow of economic growth.
Even though my life is fulfilling and I no longer have complaints or dissatisfaction, anxiety is increasing.
The future, which is simply an extension of the present, doesn't seem very bright.
To design a happy 22nd century,
For our own future, as we live here and now.
Action may be necessary.

Throughout 2021-2022
With the theme of "Creating a future where we can all be happy together"
In various fields, we are currently working towards the future.
We held a conference with people who are taking on challenges.
From this "Kobe School Special Edition 22 for 22"
A project to design a happy 22nd century is emerging.

Project
If
Natural disasters can strike anyone, anytime. With the slogan "Protecting my three days in case of emergency," the "Everyone's Disaster Prevention, What If?" stockpiling project has started. It provides Monthly BOX of essential disaster preparedness and supplies, and with the slogan "Protecting everyone together," it complements disaster-stricken areas with a community fund supporting necessary relief supplies through two pillars: self-help and mutual assistance.
Kenichi Natural Farm x FELISSIMO
Kenichi Ikawa, feeling that the global environmental destruction will not last another 100 years if things continue as they are, has set his life's goal as creating a "model for a society in harmony with nature." Through tea, he is beginning to paint a vision of a future where people can exist in harmony with nature.
gokigen Lab.
Let's talk openly about women's bodies and minds, topics that have often been considered taboo. FELISSIMO 's femtech project, gokigen Lab., is a research institute that gathers feedback from consumers and develops femtech products and provides helpful information for addressing physical and mental health concerns. Let's create a happy future together.
Allright Institute
Let's put an end to worrying about weaknesses, insecurities, and complexes. This is a research institute that creates a life where you can enjoy yourself just as you are. We've welcomed Tomohiro Sawada, author of "Minority Design," as a casual researcher to develop products. IT'S ALL RIGHT. Just be yourself.
