As the name suggests, miniatures are reproductions of various things in a smaller size than the real thing. Let's try making some using materials found around us!

◇Materials

Caps are readily available at DIY stores and other retailers. "Pep" refers to the floral material used for artificial flowers. They're not expensive, so feel free to try them out.

◇ How to make it

Recreate a cute tea time in miniature!

Cut the cap and attach the handle to make a teacup. Pour the adhesive mixed with tea into the cup.

Cut the end of the stamen and wrap it in tissue paper. Make a handle with string and paper and glue it on to create a tea bag.

Cut the lace to make coasters. Use the buttons as tea bag holders.

Adding milk bottles made from caps of different sizes, beads, or cellophane would also be cute.

Using readily available materials: A miniature planter made with toothpicks and coffee grounds.

This is a unique DIY project that can be easily done using items found in your kitchen, such as toothpicks and coffee grounds.

◇ How to make it

Let's make cute miniature planters using everyday materials.

It's easy to make! Cut toothpicks and glue them together to make a box-shaped planter. Pour in glue and fill it with dried coffee grounds, repeating this process 2-3 times to create the soil.

Twist the paper tape and cut off the end to create two leaves.

Fold the coffee creamer lid in half so that the silver side is facing outwards, and stick the halves together. Insert a toothpick and stick it in place. Trim off the excess and shape it into a scoop.

Attach the two leaves to the coffee grounds using adhesive, as if planting them.

◇ How to make it

With just a little sewing and gluing, you can easily create a miniature dress!

Prepare some lace scraps and stamens.

We'll cut the lace to make parts for the dress.

Roll the parts into the shape of a dress and glue them together, then glue the parts together. Cut the ends of the stamens to use as decorations for the bodice.

You can easily make hangers by simply twisting wire. They look cute when attached to baby shower message cards!

◇ How to make it

With simple steps, you can create a unique world.

Attach metal wire handles to a piece of wood and cut off the corners.

Cut the brown paper and stick it over the holes of the beige cut beads. The brown paper cut into long, thin strips will be transformed into peeled skin.

Open the split bottle and attach silver wire, then attach silver nuts and wooden beads to resemble a handle.

Adding orange beads makes them look like partially peeled potatoes and carrots!
