Message to our customers
Regarding the effects of the recent Tohoku-Pacific Ocean earthquake

Thank you for your generous response to our appeal for donations and for your kind messages of support.

Many of you have also inquired about how our product distribution system has been affected, as well as possible consequences of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant accident.

If you are concerned about shipping and delivery

Our company and our distribution center are located at Kobe City in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, and were not at all directly affected by the Tohoku-Pacific Ocean earthquake and subsequent tsunami.
Currently, we are shipping to all areas inside and outside Japan, except for some areas that were directly hit by the disaster.

If you are concerned about nuclear contamination

Location of our company and our distribution center is over 600 kilometers from the location of Fukushima Nuclear Plants. On the compounds of our company and any of our facilities, and in the City of Kobe where we are located, there has been no report of abnormal level of radioactivity.
Thus, you may be assured that there is no concern for possible contamination of our products.

What we will do if we find any reason for concern

Your safety is our utmost concern. Please be assured that if we learn of any hint of abnormality, we will immediately stop all our shipment, publish the information we’ve obtained, and we will take all safety measures available.

So, rest assured, and enjoy your Felissimo Collection.

We have initiated company-wide efforts to contribute towards recovery and rebuilding of our country. There are many lessons we’ve learned in our experience with the Great Hanshin Earthquake, which hit our City in 1995 killing 6400 of our citizens. In addition, we have received many suggestions from our customers about ways with which we can help. We hope that you will join us, and together work to provide long-term support to those people in the affected areas.

For many of you who sent us words of concern and encouragement, we wish to express our heartfelt thanks.
